Working with outdated systems can make it feel like you’re treading in treacle but it can also mean you can’t easily see how your business is performing. You can’t see an overview of where your costs are going and if they’re serving you well.

My systems and processes audit will give you an outsider’s view of how your systems are performing and what you can do to improve them. We will talk about the changes you can make to the way you work and what tools you can use to help you work more efficiently and even more securely.

It may be that a CRM (customer relationship management) system or cloud accounting software would help you keep track of your clients or understand your costs better than you currently do. You may also need to upgrade your security to reflect GDPR rules. Or, the systems that you use may be suitable already but you’re just not getting the best out of them

In a 60 minute online call or face to face meeting (depending on where you are) we will go through your processes and how you currently work from start to finish. We will also talk about short and long term improvements you can make. Once the call is over I will send over a summary of our discussion and the suggestions I have made.

Through my systems and processes audit, we can look at your current systems and if needed find a better, more efficient solution.  Sometimes I find that your systems and just what you need but you’ve reached a point where you really need to start outsourcing your admin tasks.
